For our client, a renowned provider in the premium segment of the tourism industry, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef de Partie Saucier (m/f/d).

Job Description
* Responsible for preparing all sauces, stocks, and jus at the highest level
* Preparation and plating of meat and fish dishes in close collaboration with the head chef
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards in taste, consistency, and presentation
* Coordinating the “Saucier” station and working closely with neighboring sections
* Clean and structured working style in accordance with HACCP guidelines
* Supporting the onboarding of new team members Requirements
* You have completed vocational training as a chef
* You have solid experience in sauce preparation and handling meat and fish dishes
* You work precisely, independently, and remain organized even under pressure
* You are a team player, committed, and quality-oriented
* You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian Benefits
