All’interno dell’area Performance, Reward, HR Analytics and HR Operations, per la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist. Il ruolo prevede la gestione della politica di remunerazione e degli obblighi societari e regolamentari connessi; la partecipazione alla progettazione e all'implementazione di programmi di benefit; il grading dell'organizzazione per garantire equità retributiva interna ed esterna; la gestione della salary review annuale sia per il top management che per l’intera popolazione aziendale; le analisi retributive sulla competitività dell’offerta retributiva; offerte/Piani di retention e piani di incentivazione all’esodo; analisi di Equal pay gap; l’analisi dello Staff cost a consuntivo e previsionale; l’utilizzo e improvement dei sistemi informatici HR a presidio dei processi interni.

Principali relazioni: Management Committee, Finance, HRBP, Societario, AXA Group C&B


Your Profile

Qualifications:

-Laurea in Economia/Statistica

-5/7 anni di esperienza

-Conoscenza del mondo assicurativo

-Inglese fluente

-Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Power Point

-Competenza acquisita in C&B

-Project management

Skill Relazionali:

-Team working

-Problem solving

-Capacità comunicative
