Per la stagione 2024 siamo alla ricerca di un Pastry chef de partie.
Il candidato ideale ha voglia di lavorare con professionisti del settore, in squadre medio – grandi, lavorando con dei prodotti / materie prime di qualità eccellente.
Principali compiti e responsabilità:
– Rispettare gli standard sulla salute e la sicurezza previsti in cucina e riportare qualsiasi problema si presenti;
– Preparare e supervisionare la preparazione, la cottura e la presentazione dei piatti;
– Supervisionare tutto il team della pasticceria
Requirements
Competenze richieste
– Capacità comunicative: comunica in modo chiaro e appropriato (sia in forma verbale che scritta). È aperto al feedback degli altri. Ascolta e interagisce con gli altri con empatia.
– Intelligenza emotiva: riesce a gestire le proprie emozioni in situazioni difficili. Sa adattare il proprio stile ai bisogni delle persone con le quali interagisce.
– Collaborazione: è disponibile e offre attivamente supporto ai membri della squadra. Condivide informazioni e abilità. È capace ed è predisposto a lavorare in squadra. Sviluppo personale costante.
