Your Mission:
Accompany our customers throughout their entire life cycle with our MARKT-PILOT solutions. Be responsible for the preparation, organization, and implementation of customer workshops. Independently create and present data analyses for our customers. Support other team members in data processing and preparation of customer appointments. Analyse potential churn risks to identify their causes and develop strategies for optimization in collaboration with the team. Be a co-responsible to deepen our customer relationships to drive or support your sales team colleagues in important upsell opportunites.
Your Win:
You will receive a comprehensive onboarding tailored to you, enabling you to start directly and hit the ground running. You can actively influence the company's success, work closely with our customers, and ensure that they utilize our software solution to the best of its capabilities. You are an integral part of an international team, gaining insights into a rapidly growing B2B SaaS scale-up from day one, and can grow and develop alongside us.
Your Skills:
You are known for your reliability and confidence in dealing with customers. You bring absolute customer orientation and a service-oriented mindset. You enjoy working with large datasets, Excel spreadsheets, and presentations. You can convey complex processes in a simple manner and possess a strong customer- and data-driven mindset. You have successfully completed a master's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or business-related field. Ideally, you have already gained several years of experience in a similar position. Excellent Italian and English language skills complete your profile.
