Join Datasensing and grasp the opportunity to have full responsibility for sales of the Machine Vision, Sensors & Safety Product Groups, reporting directly to the Italian Sales Manager

Traveling half the time, you will build long-term relationships with current partners, Datalogic/Datasensing and the End user to achieve the main goal successfully closing projects and winning new ones.

Here you will be encouraged to act as a leader, find innovative solutions and, after appropriate training, be accountable for:

- Successful management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers;

- Achieve the sales targets for the defined sales territory;

- Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages;

- Manage the account plan, perform visits, manage Price Exceptions, manage Sales Forecast, sales monitoring and KPIs

- Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datsensing Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities;

- Participation in the development of sales strategies;

- Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer's premises;

Your skills and your self driven attitude, will be valued along with the following expertise:

• At least 3 years of work experience with Sensors, Vision System, Safety products or in the Industrial Automation field;

• Able in sales for sensors and safety, preferrable if is coming from competitors

• Negotiation and communication skills

• Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills;

• Goal-oriented, organized team player, self-motivated and self-directed;

• Coordination and collaboration with the team and Project Management Skills;

• Fluency in speaking and writing in Italian and English
