Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required Promoting company's new products and service Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation

Requirements:

Fluent Hungarian Speaker is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English CySec Basic  Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage Analytical and problem-solving skills
