About the Role:
As an After-Sales Analysis Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Xiaomi products in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting independent localization testing in the local area.
- Completing tests efficiently according to established test cases and providing authentic, reliable test results.
- Continuously following up on any issues that arise during testing and forming an effective closed-loop resolution process.
- Collaborating with the R&D team to debug probabilistic or regional issues and capture effective log information.
- Providing on-site assistance to users in resolving regional issues.
- Writing and optimizing region-specific test cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Systems or a related field.
- Good level of English or the local language for effective communication
- Strong understanding of localized network composition, related network information, and operator information.
- Advanced skills in using debugging tools such as ADB and QXDM are preferred.
- Familiarity with the Android system and fundamental testing methods.
- Prior experience in mobile localization testing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
