We are looking for an Apprentice for HVAC and Combustion OEM market, in Milan within the Building Products BU area who will be trained in 2 years as Technical Sales Support Professional .
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps within Siemens.

Your Challenge
As Technical Sales Support Professional some of your main activities will be:
Support sale during tender and offer preparation in product selection, application questions and other pre-sales activities Act as direct point of contact for customer and outside sales team for Pre and After sales requests via email, telephone and other channels (e.g. remote connection) Support during on site problems, configuration, commissioning and all other after sales requests Work across channels where applicable and thus also across sales team Process oriented approach: standardized interface to customer, escalation and relationships within the Regional Country and our Head Quarters (Switzerland and Germany) Ability to manage all the customer requirements and work closely with the sales department to identify and manage potential critical issues Business trips, with a tutor, in Italy for customer visits and rarely abroad for international meetings and/or for refresher trainings at our Head Quarters.
Required entry qualifications:
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background Proficiency in English and Italian Customer orientation Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a changing environment Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Eligibility to work in Italy
