Key responsibilities
Negotiate, draft and revise ICT contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers Cooperate with external stakeholders and ensure that agreements are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and company policies Analyse legal documents and provide advice on potential contractual issues Prepare and review offer proposal and/or basic contract/agreementRequirements
