Coordina il gruppo di operation applicativo, sistemistico e dba. Interfaccia verso il cliente per la produzione della reportistica di monitoraggio, su base statistica. Monitoraggio della qualità dei servizi erogati e disponibilità delle applicazioni, nel rispetto dei livelli di servizio concordati. Analisi delle performance e delle evoluzioni dei volumi al fine di presidiare l’allineamento delle applicazioni alle esigenze di business.
