ID Works is a leading provider of high-quality uniforms and workwear solutions for a diverse range of industries. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our presence in Italy and seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our international team.

Responsibilities
Account management: build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in Italy, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
New business development: proactively prospect and acquire new B2B customers in the workwear sector across Italy, expanding our market share.
Sales strategy: develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Italian market, achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Market intelligence: stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.

Qualifications
Language skills: fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal)
Experience: proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, in the workwear or textile industry.
Education: bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Technical: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
