  • I nostri Guest Contact Coordinator sono responsabili della gestione quotidiana di tutte le attività relative al reparto Guest Contact tra cui: L’essere il punto di contatto prima dell’arrivo dell’ospite e dopo la sua ripartenza; Gestire tutte le richieste interne dei clenti in-house; Assicurarsi che ogni ospite sia preregistrato; Rispondere alle chiamate e email interne ed esterne; Assicurare la riconciliazione della fatturazione degli ospiti e delle procedure di credito Addebiti e controllo dei conti degli Ospiti; Prepagamenti dei soggiorni; Profilazione degli Ospiti; Lettere di benvenuto e avvisi; Quadrature finanziaria dei servizi F&B; Controllo e aggiornamento delle prenotazioni; Assegnazione camere; il tutto in modo che i nostri ospiti possano vivere la migliore esperienza possibile.

  • Costituisce requisito fondamentale una BUONA CONOSCENZA DEL PACCHETTO OFFICE, SOPRATTUTTO EXCEL.
