La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita all’interno della direzione Customer Excellence con l'obiettivo di fornire assistenza omnicale ai Clienti.

Principali attività:

  • Analisi e gestione delle richieste di assistenza e caricamento ordini
  • Gestione end-to-end del processo di attivazione dei nuovi clienti
  • Contribuire al raggiungimento dei target quantitativi e qualitativi assegnati al team
  • Generazione nuove lead, attraverso attività in outbound, inbound e recall

Minimum Requirements:

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Operatore Customer Care
  • Conoscenza di applicativo CRM Sales Force; buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolere Excel)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a trasferte
