Responsibilities

Business Origination and Development :

Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region to achieve targets.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the company's market presence.

Scouting and Market Analysis :

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, strategic partners, and investment opportunities.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, understanding their evolving needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client/partners requirements.

Deal Structuring and Negotiation:

Lead negotiations for business deals, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure agreements in alignment with company objectives.

Scalable Growth Initiatives :

Identify opportunities for scalable growth and contribute insights for the development of new leads.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align business origination efforts with overall company growth strategies.

Reporting and Forecasting :

Prepare regular reports on regional business origination activities, sales performance, and market trends.

Provide accurate and timely forecasts to contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Your Profile

Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, economics, sales, or a related field.

Previous work experience 2-5 years in sales, business initiation, customer relationship management and project development.

Knowledge of renewable energy and related legislation.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing contracts with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Analytical mindset, adept at market analysis and data-driven decision making.

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Romanian native, English language at an advance level.

Driving license and willingness to travel throughout Romania.
