DNV is seeking a versatile and qualified Customer Success Officer to support the Italy and EastMed Market Team to the implement the vision and strategy for Energy Systems services. The role is within Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America Region with a focus on the Italian and Mediterranean context; the role is based in Bologna or Milan, Italy . The Customer Success Officer reports to the Market Area Manager Italy and East Med. In this role you have a strong market and customer focus, supporting on customer relations and qualification processes in a defined market. In your position as Customer Success Officer, you will support DNV Key Account Managers which have operations across regions. You own our market positioning and manage some external relations in collaboration with Market Managers and Communications. Last but not least: You will contribute to building the sales competencies and strive for a high-performing and collaborative culture. Your responsibilities will include: Ownership of DNV qualifications in customers supplier portals Basic support in enterprise accounting Process and manage data entry duties with accuracy Contribute to process improvement initiatives to boost overall efficiency Support Bidding Teams with all documentation requested to comply with Tender requirements. Ensure that all common documents about DNV, needed for Tenders/Qualifications, are properly updated and available also to colleagues Be aware of DNV rules and processes Close collaboration with the local Project Managers and the Sales Teams General internal and external administrative tasks Participate in various projects involving our enterprise accounting and reporting system This role offers a chance to work with an international diverse team, gain exposure to sales and customer management tools. Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline or relevant work experience in finance Advanced / Native Italian language skill (verbal and written) Advanced English language skill (verbal and written) Proficiency in MS Office package, in particular Excel Experience of working with CRM and/or databases Experience of working in an international, dynamic environment Previous experience in a similar finance/tendering/bidding role will be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
