Il Ruolo
A diretto riporto del Direttore Risorse Umane avrà più nel dettaglio le seguenti responsabilità:
Collabora nella gestione delle relazioni industriali e sindacaliDelinea ed implementa le azioni di talent & organizational developmentGestire ilprocesso di performance management e partecipare alla definizione delle politiche retributive;Svolgere attività di consulenza e coaching ai manager del plant;Learning & Development;Partecipare all'attività di Importante Azienda planning e alla definizione del costo del lavoro (e.g. predisposizione del budget, forecast, analisi scostamenti) in collaborazione con i colleghi HR;
I RequisitiLaurea in discipline Giuridiche, Economiche o SocialiEsperienza di almeno 3/4 anni in ruolo analogo maturata presso importanti realtà industrialiAutonomia e proattivitàOttime capacità di problem solvingForti capacità organizzativeOttime capacità relazionali e di leadershipOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese
