**Posizione**:
Per il nuovo Hotel di Roma 5*L di prossima apertura in Via di Ripetta, siamo alla ricerca di una Housekeeper Supervisor / Floor Supervisor che dovrà supportare la Governante nelle seguenti attività:

- Coordinare il team in turnazione in accordo alle priorità di pulizia delle camere
- Svolgere le ispezioni periodiche di camere, aree pubbliche, outlet per verificare il rispetto degli standard di qualità e di sicurezza
- Svolgere i rapporti sulle camere vendute, verificare lo stato delle camere, determinare le camere discrepanti
- Collaborare nelle attività di pulizia delle camere
- Segnalare eventuali problemi di manutenzione
- Accogliere e riconoscere tutti gli ospiti secondo gli standard aziendali
- Anticipare e rispondere alle esigenze di servizio degli ospiti

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni in realtà lusso strutturate
- Buona conoscenza della l ingua Inglese
- Ottime doti relazionali, gestionali e organizzative
- Orientamento al cliente e al risultato
- Conoscenza degli applicativi alberghieri, in particolare Opera
- Capacità di gestione del team e relativi turni
- Preferibile conoscenza degli standard SLH
