**Mission**:
Afin de soutenir la croissance rapide du groupe en Italie, nous recherchons un **Key Account Manager GMS (H/F)**. Sur un territoire à fort potentiel de développement, il est chargé de mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale sur les centres de distribution confiés, dans le respect de la politique commerciale et marketing du Groupe.

À ce titre, les missions principales sont les suivantes:

- Définir la stratégie commerciale pour chacun des réseaux de distribution qui lui seront confiés et négocier les accords annuels
- Augmenter le chiffre d'affaires, les volumes de vente et la rentabilité des clients
- Assurer le suivi des clients afin de garantir le meilleur service
- Développer la gamme de produits existants en fonction des besoins du client

**Profil**:
Diplômé d'un master avec au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans la vente et la négociation avec des grands comptes GMS en entreprise agroalimentaire, de préférence dans le secteur de la pâtisserie, de la confiserie ou de la boulangerie, en particulier pour des marques gastronomiques ou connues.

Très bon négociateur, vous apportez une valeur ajoutée à la mise en œuvre et à l'optimisation des accords commerciaux.

Dynamique et organisé, vous êtes animé par les projets de développement et vous êtes doté d'un fort esprit d'initiative.

Une excellente connaissance de l'italien, du français et idéalement de l'anglais est requise.
