**PRODUCTION PLANNING COORDINATOR**
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Definire il masterplan di produzione per i reparti interni, pianificando le attività giornaliere sulla base del portafoglio ordini (aggiornato automaticamente ogni giorno);
- Occuparsi di continous improvement, migliorando i processi e apportando nuovo know how all'interno dell'azienda;
- Pianificare e gestire i fabbisogni MRP e di prodotto finito, relazionandosi direttamente con i referenti dei vari dipartimenti aziendali (produzione, magazzino, acquisti);
- Gestire eventuali emergenze o ritardi, identificando e mettendo in pratica azioni correttive;
- Coordinare e dare un indirizzo strategico al dipartimento di production planning (2 persone).
Desideriamo entrare in contatto con ingegneri (idealmente gestionali) con almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella pianificazione di produzione in aziende metalmeccaniche/di automazione, dove hanno visto distinte base con un elevato numero di codici. La produzione è ibrida (a commessa e in serie), quindi si valuteranno profili con esperienza su entrambi i tipi di produzione. Si richiede un'ottima conoscenza dei parametri MRP e di SAP. Completano il profilo leadership, organizzazione, flessibilità e capacità di gestire lo stress.
