- Supportare il team HR nelle attività quotidiane relative alla gestione del personale
- Assistere nelle attività Amministrative relative al personale, incluse le comunicazioni con la società esterna di Payroll
- Collaborare nell'archiviazione, gestione e aggiornamento dei documenti relativi ai dipendenti (cartacei e digitali)
- Assistere il team HR nella gestione delle comunicazioni dei dipendenti su tematiche e richieste relative alla gestione del personale
- Preparare reports, statistiche e presentazioni relative all'ambito HR
