The Role

The HR Analyst Intern will support the team in evaluating current HR processes and systems, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and maintaining HR reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting employee data and compiling reports and data analysis for the HR department and other department leaders.
  • Managing employee data in the HRIS system and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports to internal stakeholders to identify trends in employee data.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems and designing systems or upgrades to meet these needs.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure HR operations are in alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements

Our ideal HR Analyst will have an academic background in Economics or Business Administration, with an interest in HR-related subjects. Additionally:

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Native Italian.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good level of Excel.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Labour Law (an added advantage).
