Training specialist - attivita' formative e tirocini

Le attività si svolgono in raccordo con il responsabile della sede operativa e con il coordinatore delle macro aree di attività e sono:
- Attivazione tirocini finanziati e a mercato, gestendo correttamente documentazione e tempistiche.
- Gestione della certificazione delle competenze acquisite dai tirocinanti in esito al tirocinio, sia dal punto di vista organizzativo che documentale, e nel rispetto dei tempi previsti.
- Vendita attività formative (corsi)
- Gestione dell' iscrizione clienti alle attività formative, monitorando costantemente le capienze delle aule.
- Rapporto con i docenti
- Presidio della relazione con i partecipanti ai corsi (eventuali colloqui e/o contatti telefonici, accoglienza in aula, sia fisica che virtuale).
- Verifica della quantità e della funzionalità degli arredi, delle attrezzature didattiche, della strumentazione informatica, anche in itinere.
Si richiede:
- Esperienza in un contesto analogo e nella stessa mansione
- Utilizzo di eventuali programmi/ applicativi: Pacchetto office (Excel, word, outlook, Internet, ecc)
- Laurea o diploma
- Decisa attitudine alla vendita di servizi e orientamento al cliente
- Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi
- Disponibilità a tutoraggi serali
- Disponibilità a lavorare al sabato mattina (saltuariamente)
- Automunito
