About the Role

The Digital Transformation and Technology function at Sidel is seeking an experienced Information Systems Specialist to drive the digital transformation of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and consultants to develop and improve business operational procedures and the performance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve SAP FSM (Field Service Management) tool, integrated with ERPs used by Sidel: SAP B1, SAP ECC, and SAP 4/Hana.
  • Collaborate with external service partners to resolve incidents and provide functional information about Sidel business processes and process integration criticalities.
  • Propose actions and solutions to improve IT support by automating and simplifying tasks, as well as providing training.

Developing Solutions

  • Act as a team member in selected projects, developing efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Document business and technical requirements, design solutions, drive implementation teams, test, and promote solutions in production.
  • Make recommendations to improve operational business procedures.
  • Communicate changes and provide training to impacted key users or users.
  • Use appropriate tools and methodologies to track and report against budget and plan, ensuring project controls are in place.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with people, including external suppliers and service providers, working remotely, in different countries, and from different business and geographical cultures.
  • Structured approach to process analysis.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Interest in growing in the Information Technology area.
  • Previous experience in developing and maintaining ERPs systems is preferable but not mandatory.

The successful candidate is customer and business-oriented, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of personal drive and initiative, and good people skills. The IS Analyst is analytical and fact-based, relying on prioritization, clarity, and action orientation.
