- Definizione reportistica
- Gestione problematiche contratti
- Gestione Rinnovi contrattuali
- Validazione documentale Contratti
- Rapporti con i distributori/grossisti di energia elettrica e gas naturale
- Data entry contratti (portale web)
- Riattivazioni post sospensione morosità
- Allineamento SII (inserimento dati mancanti, verifica disallineamenti ),
- Gestione Contendibilità
- Conoscenza normativa specifica (TIF/TIQV..)
- Gestione comunicazioni lettere rifiuto contratti,
- Pratiche di switch IN/OUT,
- Gestione recessi
- Attivazioni delle forniture
