Per potenziare la Divisione Employee Benefits, stiamo cercando professionisti esperti in Welfare e Well-being. Le attività principali includono:

  • Negoziazione e Piazzamento di Programmi Employee Benefits: responsabile della gestione dei programmi per aziende clienti, italiane e multinazionali. Include la negoziazione di soluzioni personalizzate per soddisfare le esigenze di ogni cliente.
  • Sviluppo del Business: coinvolgimento in attività di business development per nuovi progetti nell'Employee Benefits. Identificazione di opportunità di mercato, creazione di nuove offerte e implementazione di strategie per espandere il portafoglio clienti.
  • Gestione Quotidiana dei Progetti: responsabile della gestione dei progetti esistenti, garantendo rispetto dei tempi, budget e qualità. Coordina con team interni ed esterni per il successo dei progetti.

Il/La candidato/a ideale ha:

  • Esperienza in welfare e well-being.
  • Capacità di negoziazione e orientamento al cliente.
  • Esperienza in sviluppo e gestione di progetti.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e lavoro di squadra.
  • Flessibilità e adattabilità a contesti dinamici.
  • Conoscenza inglese a livello B2.

Inquadramento e retribuzione in linea con esperienza.
