SENIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST (Paghe Project)
Attal Group è alla ricerca di un/a Payroll Specialist Senior esperto e affidabile per la sede Corporate per la supervisione dei processi operativi, preparazione della relativa reportistica e dell'interfaccia con le parti interessate coinvolte. Se sei un professionista del Payroll con un forte senso di responsabilità e un approccio dettagliato al tuo lavoro, vorremmo conoscerti.
Le responsabilità principali del Senior Payroll Specialist includono:
- Supervisionare l'intero processo di elaborazione delle buste paga per tutti i dipendenti interni e i somministrati delle 4 Agenzie per il lavoro del gruppo.
Mantenere la conformità con le leggi e i regolamenti in materie di paghe.
- Adempimenti amministrativi: Adempimenti mensili, trimestrali, di fine anno. CU, Uniemens, DM, ,, autoliquidazione INAIL, F. Conguaglio fiscale .
Monitorare e risolvere eventuali discrepanze o problemi relativi alle buste paga.
Collaborare con il dipartimento delle Risorse Umane per garantire l'accuratezza dei dati dei dipendenti.
Fornire supporto e consulenza al management in materia di retribuzioni, benefit e leggi sul lavoro.
Implementare e migliorare i processi e i sistemi di gestione del payroll in collaborazione con il dipartimento IT.
Requisiti essenziali:
- Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di gestione del payroll ( Zucchetti Paghe Project )
- Esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente in un'azienda con un elevato numero di dipendenti interni e somministrati
Forti competenze analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli
Capacità di gestire scadenze e priorità
Conoscenza del CCNL Commercio e preferibilmente di almeno altri 2 CCNL
Si offre assunzione diretta - ccnl commercio
Sede di lavoro: Milano
Orario di lavoro: full time
