- Garantire l'allineamento tra le infrastrutture IT e gli obiettivi e i requisiti del business
- Gestire il budget IT
- Valutare i rischi connessi a tutte le componenti IT
- Definire ed implementare i processi di back-up e recovery
- Valutare ed indirizzare gli acquisti di HW e SW necessari allo sviluppo dell'infrastruttura tecnologica
- Garantire la compliance normativa
- Implementare la sicurezza della rete, dei dati e dei sistemi di comunicazione
- Definire ed implementare l'architettura dei sistemi
- Si richiede:
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche
- Capacità di valutare, assumere e far crescere risorse IT, motivandole al raggiungimento di alte prestazioni
- Esperienza nel coordinamento delle attività di installazione e manutenzione
- Capacità di identificare ed indirizzare le esigenze IT
- Conoscenza di architetture e processi IT, con particolare riguardo all'ambito Call Center
- Capacità di problem solving e pensiero critico
- Focalizzazione sul valore
- Esperienza di Service Management, controllo dei costi, gestione dei rischi, gestione del team IT
- Conoscenza di reti VOIP e di architetture Cloud
- Gradite certificazioni tecniche in ambito IT e certificazione ITIL.
