**Posizione**:
**REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT**
La risorsa ricercata, riportando al Direttore Marketing & Trade Marketing, e confrontandosi costantemente con gli stakeholder interni (Vendite e Finance in primis), si occuperà di:
- Definire una strategia di prezzo sostenibile
- Ricercare l'equilibrio ottimale tra volumi, prezzi e mix per supportare entrate sostenibili e guidare una crescita redditizia
- Stabilire KPI's interni di prestazione e linee e guida per migliorare il ROI
- Supportare il team di vendita con strategie (prezzi, mix e assortimento) e promozioni.
**Requisiti**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una persona determinata e dinamica con approccio multidisciplinare, che abbia:
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 6-7 anni in ruoli diretti di vendita (Sales Representative/Category) o a stretto contatto con essi, in contesti modernamente strutturati preferibilmente multinazionali
- Laurea in disciplina economiche o finanziarie
- Ottime doti analitiche
- Capacità di pensare "out of the box" per trovare soluzioni
- Leadership e attitudine a relazionarsi a qualunque livello
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
E' previsto un periodo congruo di formazione, ma presupposto essenziale è la volontà di "mettersi in gioco" su di un ruolo altamente sfidante, ma altrettanto interessante e innovativo.
