A diretto riporto con la Presidenza, la risorsa si occuperà di:
- **gestione sponsor e partner** con particolare riferimento alla revisione e stipula di accordi e contratti, organizzazione e coordinamento delle varie attività;
- **event planning** con direzione artistica e organizzativa di convegni, assemblee e altri eventi associativi, sia in presenza sia online, con gestione del budget assegnato e coordinamento fornitori e risorse coinvolte;
- **attività di comunicazione e social media management** con strutturazione piani strategici, gestione sito web, creazione contenuti grafici, social media e tool DEM;
- **gestione attività caratteristiche e staff** con coordinamento dei servizi generali dell'associazione, supervisione e sviluppo delle risorse affidate, coordinamento rapporti con consulenti esterni, segreteria del consiglio direttivo, ricerca e valutazione dei fornitori e definizione del processo di commessa in coordinamento con il Tesoriere.
**Si richiede**:
Laurea in marketing o equivalenti;
Conoscenze informatiche diffuse e in particolare del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), dei programmi grafici (illustrator, photoshop, canva) e tool (mailup, mailchimp);
ottima conoscenza lingua inglese, sia parlato sia scritto;
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, espresse a tutti i livelli con interlocutori interni ed esterni all'organizzazione;
Capacità di lavorare e coordinare un team;
Flessibilità, attitudine al problem solving e dinamismo.
**Costituiscono un plus**:
Provenienza o conoscenza del mondo finanziario-assicurativo.
