Questo nell'ottica di inviduare alcune figure professionali che trasversalmente abbiano competenze specifiche in determinati settori e possano dare un maggior contributo e valore aggiunto nella value proposition della banca a livello globale (incluso rapporti con stessa industry nel mondo Inv. Banking).

In prima persona avrà il compito di analizzare il mercato di riferimento, di valutare e comprendere le esigenze delle aziende che orbitano nella sua industry di sua competenza, proponendo ai potenziali clienti e a quelli acquisiti la diversa gamma di soluzioni e prodotti offerti dalla banca.

Dovrà quindi interfacciarsi con gli altri Business Banker e con il Capo di segmento, riportando i dati delle proprie attività e i risultati delle stesse. Non sarà dotato di poteri di delibera in merito alle richieste di finanziamento dei suoi clienti ma dovrà inoltrare la pratica al CRM affinché questo deliberi sulla fattibilità dell'operazione.

Il Candidato potrà quindi interfacciarsi direttamente con i product specialist della banca in merito alla possibilità di proporre strumenti finanziari complessi e sofisticati alle aziende con le quali è in contatto.

Professional Skills:

- Ha padronanza delle tecniche di vendita e degli strumenti di gestione commerciale (Negoziazione, organizzazione dell'attività commerciale dei commerciali, budget, planning, reporting, partecipazione a piani di vendita di prodotti).
- Ha una buona conoscenza sia dei prodotti bancari tradizionali, sia dei prodotti tipici del corporate banking che di strumenti finanziari di investment banking.
- Capacità di valutare il livello di rischiosità dei diversi clienti individuati nel territorio di propria competenza.
- La conoscenza del tessuto socio - economico e dell'ambiente imprenditoriale dell'area di Torino, nonché un interessante grado di inserimento nello stesso, costituiscono elemento importante ai fini della ricerca.
