STAGE HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Di cosa ti occuperai: in affiancamento alla figura di tutor, ti occuperai della gestione del personale e dei colloqui conoscitivi, screening e archiviazione curricula, gestione dei canali di reclutamento. Approfondirai i principali aspetti legati alla ricerca e selezione oltre agli aspetti legati all'amministrazione del personale assunto.

Attività principali:

· Ti occuperai dell'attivazione dei canali di reclutamento e dello Screening CV;

· Ti occuperai del supporto alla gestione del personale e degli stage interni

· Convocherai le candidature e affiancherai il tuo team nella conduzione di colloqui conoscitivi e di selezione;

· Ti occuperai della valutazione e stesura del profilo con analisi dei punti di forza e aree di miglioramento;

· Ti occuperai della restituzione dei feedback a seguito del colloquio;

· Supporterai la gestione dei processi di recruiting & attraction tramite modalità di talent acquisition

Sei la persona ideale se: hai conseguito una Laurea in materie umanistiche/economiche, hai interesse per il mondo delle risorse umane e hai buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e di MS Office. Sarà considerato un plus un Master HR.

Completano il profilo: ottime capacità relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team, dinamismo e flessibilità.
