Responsibilities:

Responsible to develop business with existing clients
(online/offline)

  • Development and management of key Italian retailers strategy talks, budget, and sales planning at national level
  • Development of growth potential and implementation of our business model
  • Presenting regularly new products & assortments as well as communication activities
  • Managing the contract and commercial conditions and keep all the stakeholders uptodate.

Business Development - new customers
(online/offline)

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new sectors, new clients, new partnerships
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and assisting customer in rolloutphase

Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Working very closely within the Headquarter, KAM-team, Sales Operations as well as the Communication team.

Qualifications:

  • More than 8 years of experience in Key Account Management or business development. Passionate about Sales.
  • Relevant experience in the consumer goods segment (FMCG), ideally in cosmetics. Good knowledge of massmarket trade structure as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Conceptual thinking, analytical and good communication skills.
  • Dealing with complexity, ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Advanced experience in project management
  • Proactive, independent, and goaloriented way of working with a strong sense of collaboration, team spirit, and hands on mentality.
  • Very good written and spoken English is mandatory further foreign language skills, especially German, are an advantage.
  • Presentation skills/public speaking in both languages Italian and English for meetings with clients and within the company.
  • Solid knowledge/handling of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint and a strong focus on KPIs.
  • Frequent travels in Italy to meet customers at their Headquarter, occasional travel to the Headquarter in Germany.
