che sarà responsabile della corretta gestione e dei costi delle commesse assegnate, nel rispetto delle indicazioni definite nei contratti, nel modello organizzativo aziendale e nel Codice Etico.
Principali Responsabilità
- Manitene i contatti con il Cliente/Utente e ne garantisce la soddisfazione
- Garantisce la corretta applicazione ed interpretazione dei contrati assegnati, perseguendo i migliori risultati di qualità ed economicità, nel rispetto della normativa e delle procedure aziendali.
- Assicura la pianificazione lavori delle commesse affidate, programmandone le singole fasi di realizzazione in termini di tempistiche e ottimale allocazione delle risorse, coordinando ove necessario le strutture organizzative aziendali dedicate.
- Approva e coordina gli interventi migliorativi sulle proprie commesse
- Garantisce efficienza e controllo dei costi sulle commesse assegnate.
- Collabora alla corretta compilazione del budget produttivo delle commesse affidate.
- Fornisce al Contract Manager puntuale rendicontazione sull'andamento delle commesse rispetto agli obiettivi concordati, analizzando e segnalando tempestivamente gli scostamenti e le criticità e suggerendo eventuali azioni correttive.
- Supporta nella stima e pianificazione delle attività da inserire in offerte.
- Assicura, nel rispetto delle deleghe e responsabilità attribuite, l'applicazione delle norme, leggi, procedure e prassi aziendali, vigilando sulla loro effettiva applicazione e rendendo puntualmente disponibile la documentazione richiesta dai servizi aziendali.
- Assicura l'emissione delle pratiche autorizzative e/o tecniche per gli Enti preposti.
- Provvede all'aggiornamento e allo sviluppo professionale del personale affidato, tramite la corretta valutazione di competenze e prestazioni al fine di far emergere le potenzialità.
- Provvede alla corretta gestione delle risorse umane assegnate, promuovendo i comportamenti virtuosi e disincentivando e segnalando ai servizi competenti comportamenti non corretti.
- Garantisce la corretta gestione dei Fornitori di beni o prestazioni necessari all'esecuzione dei lavori e assicura il corretto flusso degli approvvigionamenti secondo quanto previsto dalle procedure aziendali.
Responsabilità:
Richiesta esperienza nel ruolo, percorso di studi tecnico ( Laurea in Ing. civile o Elettrica, Diploma di Geometra o Perito Industriale)
Necessaria disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio nazionale.
