La risorsa ideale dovrà avere particolare esperienza nel sell-in e nella gestione completa dei clienti della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata.

**Descrizione del lavoro** La risorsa si occuperà di**:

- Sviluppare e implementare strategie per la gestione completa dei clienti della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata, garantendo la massima efficienza e la soddisfazione del cliente.
- Condurre attività di sell-in, negoziando condizioni contrattuali favorevoli e collaborando nella definizione di strategie di vendita per massimizzare la presenza dei prodotti nei punti vendita.
- Identificare nuove opportunità di business, gestendo il portafoglio clienti e contribuendo alla crescita delle vendite nel settore alimentare.
- Monitorare costantemente le tendenze di mercato, le performance della concorrenza e fornire input strategici per mantenere una posizione competitiva nel settore.
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con i principali stakeholder, inclusi acquirenti e decision-makers della GDO.

**Qualifiche**
- Esperienza massima di cinque anni in ruoli analoghi nel settore grocery
- Ottimi rapporti e conoscenza diretta degli operatori (Buyer e Category) delle principali insegne presenti nella regione Sicilia;
- Laurea o cultura equivalente
- Ottima conoscenza delle logiche della GDO/GDS
- Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche di sell-in e della gestione completa del processo commerciale.
- Forti competenze di negoziazione e orientamento ai risultati.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e relazioni interpersonali.
