N. 1 Area Sales Manager

**Mission**

Il Manager avrà il compito di guidare un team composto da consulenti diretti (no agenzie) sul teritorio con affiancamenti periodici, curando la reportistica e il raggiungimento dei target condivisi.

**Di cosa ci occupiamo**

FuturEnergy è un trader di energia elettrica e gas naturale oltre che rivenditore di mobilità elettrica (colonnine di ricarica autovetture, e-bike, monopattini) e illuminazione LED.

**Skills**

Il Manager dovrà aver maturato importanti esperienze pregresse nel settore o affini (telecomunicazioni, assicurazioni, per citare alcuni esempi), nella vendita di servizi B2B e nella gestione di reti commerciali.
Si occupa in prima persona del recruiting e dell'inserimento di nuovi colleghi. E' una persona presente, empatica, che sposa i valori e le metodologie/procedure dell'Azienda e le trasmette con efficacia ai suoi collaboratori.
E' in possesso di Partita IVA e automunito.

**Pacchetto retributivo**

L'offerta prevede un importante contributo fisso con target raggiungibili, una parte variabile altamente incentivante legata alla propria produzione diretta e come revenue sul risultato mensile del proprio team. Idem per la parte ricorrente diretta e indiretta su tutto il portafoglio clienti acquisito.
Eventuali benefits a target verranno discussi durante i colloqui di selezione.

Contratto di lavoro: Contratto con partita IVA

Stipendio: a partire da €3.000,00 al mese
