Il/la candidato/a inserito/a a riporto del direttore commerciale si occuperà di:

- Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business, analizzando il mercato e mantenendo una conoscenza approfondita delle tendenze e delle esigenze del settore.

- Condurre intere fasi del ciclo di vendita, dalla prospezione iniziale alla negoziazione e alla chiusura contrattuale.

- Collaborare con i team tecnici per fornire soluzioni personalizzate in linea con le esigenze del cliente.

- Creare e mantenere relazioni solide con decision maker e stakeholder chiave all'interno delle aziende clienti.

- Comprendere le dinamiche organizzative e le esigenze specifiche per presentare soluzioni su misura.

- Fornire consulenza approfondita sulle soluzioni fotovoltaiche, illustrando i benefici ambientali ed economici.

Requisiti: Il candidato/a ideale possiede esperienza consolidata nella vendita BtoB nel settore delle energie rinnovabili o delle costruzioni, preferibilmente con focus sulle coperture fotovoltaiche, conoscenza tecnica delle soluzioni fotovoltaiche e capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed efficace aspetti tecnici a referenti non specializzati. Possiede, inoltre, abilità nella gestione del ciclo di vendita, inclusa la negoziazione di contratti complessi, eccellenti capacità relazionali e di networking e abiltà nello stabilire rapporti di fiducia con i clienti.
