Solution Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the lighting technology industry and construction sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Italian and good English skills.
