Job Description

Solution Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the lighting technology industry and construction sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Italian and good English skills.
