Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' business requirements and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Lead the development of functional specifications, use-cases, and workflows to meet client requirements.
- Participate in the backlog build-out with the Project Manager and project team to ensure maximum business value and reduced risks.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide support during the post-delivery phase.
- University degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in the Finance industry, preferably in exchange traded derivative agency workflows.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Technical background and ability to understand/participate in functional architecture decisions.
