Revenue Manager

La risorsa, riportando al Direttore Generale del Gruppo, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Gestione delle attività di booking e formazione dello staff di booking;
- Creazione di collaborazioni e sinergie con la distribuzione e con alberghi;
- Definizione e implementazione della strategia di prezzo per i diversi canali di vendita seguendo la strategia aziendale;
- Redazione di reportistica giornaliera, settimanale e mensile;
- Raccolta ed analisi di dati storici per stabilire l'andamento;
- Studio della concorrenza, monitoraggio eventi locali impattanti sui flussi turistici;
- Gestione del channel manager;
- Massimizzazione dei profitti per ogni singola struttura;
- Definizione della segmentazione

dei mercati come da indicazioni del management;
- Analisi del posizionamento degli hotel sui diversi portali e ricerca di nuove opportunità.Si richiede:

- Conoscenza del business alberghiero nel segmento medio-alto di mercato;
- Capacità nella gestione dei diversi software e CRM;
- Orientamento alla performance e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Esperienza pluriennale maturata in mansioni similari;
- Concentrazione, determinazione e un atteggiamento costruttivo nell'affrontare i problemi;
- Capacità di gestire le relazioni con gli alberghi sul territorio e le risorse di sede;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese, apprezzabile conoscenza di una seconda lingua;
- Comprovata esperienza di incremento fatturato nelle precedenze esperienze in Hotels;
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza dei software Vertical Booking/Blastness.
