La risorsa ricercata avrà come responsabilità principali:
Garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti, supportandoli dalla prenotazione al termine del soggiorno;
Personalizzare i servizi in base alle esigenze e ai desideri degli ospiti, adattando le varie proposte e accogliendo le richieste specifiche;
Fornire agli ospiti un servizio ultra lusso esibendo un atteggiamento raffinato, intuitivo e coinvolgente;
Proattività e apertura alla cooperazione con altri reparti quando necessario.
Requisiti:
Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in una posizione simile in hotel di lusso;
Alto livello di attenzione al dettaglio e doti comunicative.
Si Offre:
