Position Overview: Experience Concierge

We are seeking a dedicated Experience Concierge to become a vital part of our esteemed luxury hotel team. This role is not merely about managing front desk operations; it is about embodying our core values and traditions while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Role Expectations:

A) As an Experience Concierge, you will serve as a cultural ambassador, integrating our values into every guest interaction.

B) Your goal is to design and deliver extraordinary experiences in Milan, ensuring that our personalized services exceed guest expectations.

C) A keen eye for detail is essential as you strive for excellence in service delivery.

D) Set new standards in hospitality by consistently surpassing guest expectations during every interaction.

E) Your commitment is to create memorable experiences, ensuring each guest feels uniquely valued.

F) Manage front desk administrative tasks, including check-in and check-out processes, upgrade programs, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

G) Work towards achieving sales targets and guest recognition initiatives, reflecting our dedication to outstanding service.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:


• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within luxury hospitality environments.


• Energetic and proactive, with a strong passion for delivering top-tier service.


• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred.


• Proficiency in English and Italian is required.


• Flexibility in work schedule is essential, with availability for morning, afternoon, and night shifts.


• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the metropolitan area.


• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Protel or Opera is necessary.
