POSITION-SPECIFIC DUTIESThe Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships and contracts with international and domestic clients, coordinating with the teams responsible for administration and payroll within HR outsourcing projects.

The role will be in constant contact with clients from the Milan or Rome offices and at client sites in Italy and abroad, mainly liaising in English, managing day-to-day issues and opportunities related to HR projects and processes.


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills, preferably at an advanced level (CAE),
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with international clients,
  • A collaborative and organised professional, with the intention to invest and/or consolidate their professional development,
  • Strong problem solving and team management skills,
  • Previous experience in an international context in an equivalent role,
  • Preferably a background in HR
