Attività lavorative e responsabilità:
- Partecipare alle attività relative alla preparazione degli invii normativi, in stretta collaborazione con altri ruoli ReP&DoM (Officer/Specialista/Coordinatore/Leader);
- Verificare la conformità dello standard qualitativo aziendale dei documenti e dei requisiti per la presentazione in formato elettronico (documenti eSubmission-ready);
- In relazione all'Area di competenza, svolgere compiti pratici e tecnici relativi a i) livello di pubblicazione dei documenti, livello di pubblicazione delle sequenze, consegna agli stakeholder interni ed esterni dei pacchetti normativi in formato elettronico e relativo archivio, e ii) gestione dei documenti e dei fascicoli, migrazione dei prodotti e supporto per utenti chiave;
- In relazione all'Area di competenza, relazionarsi e supportare le altre funzioni aziendali nella loro attività di i) predisposizione di documenti conformi ai requisiti per la trasmissione in formato elettronico e ii) utilizzo del Sistema di Gestione Documentale elettronico ai fini normativi;
- Partecipare alle attività relative i) all'uso e alla manutenzione delle soluzioni software configurate, implementate e validate, e ii) alla gestione della risoluzione dei problemi;
- Monitorare e diffondere attraverso comunicazioni ad hoc le informazioni sui requisiti globali rilevanti per la presentazione in formato elettronico al fine di supportare il compito unitario di diffondere le suddette informazioni nel Gruppo.
Requisiti:
si richiede Laurea in ambito scientifico o archivistico e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo precisione e buona gestione del tempo.
Si offre contratto iniziale in somministrazione a tempo determinato di 1 anno.
Orario di lavoro: Full-time.
