We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our Boutique in Capri in order to drive the Team to succeed.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of store sales budget
- Manage the store costs in an effective manner
- Drive overall results of the store, working closely with all the Team and the Retail Departments to ensure that the daytoday activities build into the long term plan
- Manage all activities to achieve store business objectives, as a dynamic and inspiring leader, demonstrating an excellent client experience
- Perform with high integrity in company compliance with Corporate departments
- Be an ambassador of the brand by promotingits values and ambitions within the market place
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a manager in Luxury retail
Knowledge of:
- Geographical zone (strategy, organization, KPI, risks, key people, products, markets, clients, local culture, local stakeholders)
- Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business
- Visual and Merchandising techniques
- Stock management methods and techniques
- Commercial indicators and how to analyze and animate them
- CRM methods and procedures
