La persona selezionata affiancherà il direttore in tutte le sue attività quindi lo supporterà nel controllo del corretto adempimento delle direttive aziendali del personale di tutti i reparti, nella contabilità di cassa e dei versamenti in banca e del corretto uso e mantenimento delle attrezzature e dei macchinari del PDV. Inoltre dovrà gestire il servizio e lisfazione del cliente, lo Confidenzialezione, formazione, organizzazione, le scorte e gli ordini, il monitoraggio del conto economico completo del locale in base ai budget aziendali e dovrà redigere la reportistica e monitorare tutti gli aspetti HACCP e sicurezza.
La persona che stiamo cercando ha maturato preferibilmente almeno un?esperienza di 3 anni nel mondo della Confidenziale ha ricoperto con successo il ruolo di assistant restaurant
Diploma di scuola media superiore, esperienza nella gestione operativa del Confidenziale nella gestione del personale. Vorremmo incontrare persone disponibili a lavorare su turni nei weekend e nei giorni festivi, che abbiano una forte predisposizione alla gestione del business finalizzato al raggiungimento dei risultati economici e con una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
