Umana S.p.A. cerca **USED CAR OPERATIONS SUPPORT** per un'importante azienda multinazionale tedesca settore automotive in zona San Donato Milanese (MI).

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- fornire un supporto completo ed efficacie nel contesto delle operations legate alla gestione dei veicoli usati del Gruppo
- gestire la logística, il meccanismo delle seconde perizie, le eventuali richieste spot che emergono dalla Rete ufficiale di concessionari
- steering e monitoraggio di tutti i KPIs del business usato a 360°, proponendo proattivamente azioni correttive o di miglioramento in maniera granulare e con approccio focalizzato
- tradurre andamenti e performance del business in presentazioni mediante PowerPoint

**Preparazione ed esperienza richieste**:

- Laurea in materie economiche e/o scientifiche
- Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative, buone capacità di lavorare in team
- Approccio flessibile e ottime capacità di problem solving
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.

Precedente esperienza di almeno 6 mesi nel business Automotive, con particolare conoscenza del business dell'usato e delle tematiche ad esso correlate.
