Automotive Remarketing and Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Remarketing and Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our TCO & Remarketing department, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining strong residual values of our Lynk & Co cars throughout their life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales and revenue targets for used cars by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Provide a seamless Lynk & Co experience for all our used car customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop new sales channels for used cars, including B2B and B2C, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and control stock levels of the used car fleet, optimizing stock turnover and minimizing losses.
- Continuously analyze residual values, identifying risks and opportunities to improve our used car sales and marketing efforts.
- Implement local marketing strategies for remarketing and used cars, ensuring alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on local product requirements, focusing on attributes and content that affect future residual values for all car and lifecycle projects.
- Proven experience in refurbishment, remarketing, used car sales, residual value setting, and the automotive industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in the Italian used car market and fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong sales experience and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
