**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Übernahme unnd Weiterentwicklung der IT-Services für unsere Niederlassung in Italien
- Umsetzung der Vorgaben des Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten und Sicherstellung der Informationssicherheit
- Durchführung der ITSM-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices (z.B. ITIL)
- Abstimmung und Lösung neuer IT-Anforderungen mit den Fachbereichen der Niederlassung
- Erstellung und Pflege der Betriebsdokumentation für die IT-Services
- Providersteuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern zur Erfüllung der Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
- Verantwortung für vorhandene Ausgliederungen in Bezug auf die verantworteten Services

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, einer verwandten Studienrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie bringen bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus dem IT-Service-Management und der Umsetzung von infromationssicherheitsvorgaben mit
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in ITSM-Frameworks (z.B. ITIl) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Basis Services wie z.B. Cloud (azure), Hosting, Client Management, Mail
- Sie bringen Kenntnisse aus der Providersteuerung und dem Vertragsmanagement mit
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, arbeiten gerne im Team und besitzen ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie optional Italienischkenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus
