With a balance in marketing expertise and business acumen, the Brand Engagement Coordinator will be responsible of the local integrated marketing initiatives execution within the assigned geographical area.

Your day to day In line with the Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to organize and deploy engagement initiatives to involve and engage only adult consumers to IQOS.

You will be the activator of the brand in the assigned area to increase IQOS brand equity among legal age consumers and smokers.


Specific responsibilities include:


Work cross-functionally with channel marketing, brand communication, sales, legal, and digital to drive alignment on initiatives; Accountable for the creation of experiences between brands and consumers, experiential physical events to bring brands to life and interact directly with the target audience.

Be a local ambassador within the assigned area, able to deal with neighbourhood communities such as local associations, key city communities, and professionals; Develop marketing programs and coordinate their deployment, allowing consumers to grow a relationship with the brand via innovative and/or digital initiatives, such as:


digital contents, phygital activities, brand retail activations; Engage and develop IQOS Welcome places network, to create visibility spot, deliver messages inside thetouchpoint and generate new contacts; Use CRM based insights to individuate new opportunities and new network to develop, while retaining the IQOS legal age users by engaging the current customer base with the objective of focusing on retention; You will support your supervisor and the team in network building, events organization, back-end support and your peers across the area.

Who were looking for University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field;Minimum 3/5 years of experience in Marketing, Events or Sales department within FMCG, Marketing Agencies;Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines;Fluent in Italian and English;Strong relationship building skills, interest in creating fresh digital and physical engagement formats, ability to manage expectations with stakeholdersAvailable to work during night time or weekend and available to move within his/her area; What are nice to haveStrong written and verbal communication skillsEntrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details;Advanced computer skills:

Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);A valid working permit for EU is requested.
