Missione: la figura incaricata effettuerà un tirocinio presso la nostra line ed imparerà a gestire tutte le chiamate in entrata in hotel ed assicurare un eccellente servizio. La risorsa gestirà le chiamate dall'esterno e dall'interno assicurando anche la corretta gestione degli ordini room service. Si prevede una accurata formazione ed affiancamento ad un team composto di 3 persone, dove verrà effettuata formazione sul gestionale Opera, sugli standad internazionali e sugli standard LQA. Il tirocinio ha una durata di 6 mesi, e prevede un impegno full time 5 giorni a settimana, a turni diurni e/o serali. L'azienda non offre alloggio, si richiede quindi domicilio su Roma e permesso di soggiorno valido.

Gestire le chiamate interne ed esterne Garantire all'ospite ogni richiesta Elaborare reportistica e / o documenti Smistare le chiamate Applicare gli standard LQA Supporto al reparto Guest Experience/Front Office se necessario
